These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Morsel mobile app and related services (“Services”). By using Morsel, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally allowed to enter into these Terms. If you are using Morsel on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on Morsel (“User Content”). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
host, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content
solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:
violate others’ rights,
contain illegal or harmful material, or
include copyrighted content you don’t own.
We may remove content that violates our guidelines.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
upload harmful, abusive, or deceptive content;
engage in harassment or misuse of the service;
attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app;
use Morsel for commercial advertising without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. In-App Interactions
Posts, comments, and other user behaviors are public to the extent indicated in the app. You understand that user-generated content may be inaccurate or offensive; Morsel is not responsible for other users’ behavior.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app “Delete Account” feature. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, code, design elements, and other materials provided by Morsel are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
8. Disclaimers
Morsel is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted service,
error-free operation,
accuracy of content.
Use the app at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morsel is not liable for:
loss of data,
damages resulting from use or inability to use the app,
actions of other users.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any).
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
